Who's the party that pronounce it's time to limit the number of subjects students can take about a year ago? Did I heard 11 subject was the max no matter what? Bollocks!!! The election wave comes, the policies are swept clean. If the education ministry remains so, how on earth one would expect the students would be something fruitful?
