What's left out

June 8th Friday - The KMBian's from Perlis, Kedah and Penang touch down at the land below the wind. The "auspicious" event sees the three north girls cramped into a four wheel drive and end up strolling around the tropical city in Malaysia a.k.a. Kota Kinabalu. As the sun sets over the moonlight, their tummies were loaded with 1kg of prawns, 2 fishes that probably feeds 10 people on normal dinning scale, 3 crabs which sees their ilitracy in handling the claws and mouth watering dishes which totaly force them to swallow the word "hungry". The journey was continued up to the Observation Tower and later finding themselves in the night life of the city.

Morning sun greets them with the bus ride to Kuala Penyu, which they eventually found themselves in Menumbok, having to spend another RM6 for a return ticket as a result of overslept. The island trip was awesome! Let the picture in my album tell the story....

The chalets which we eventually enjoy for free

They had their chance to witness the local harvest festival where they finally open their eyes to see Kaamatan and the greenery of Meryl's Kg. Sarapung. The journey ended with dinner involving 3 batches of KMBians and taxi ride as early as 4am to LCCT.

Holidays passed by in lightning speed. A flicker of eye and I am back in what the facade says: IB world school. The holiday had trained me to handle the word "emptyness" better. Still, at times, as I walk back towards my history, I can still vividly recall the shadows and voices. They are gone now, never return? Probably in a year's time, the laughters will roar again, somewhere far from here. And that is if I make it. Will I?

Semester exam's ended. The script that most students fear - result script will soon reach our hands. The papers that I received showed improvement, Thank God. But I doubt if I am compatible with the others - my "counterparts". I hope I am placed in my desired university, but that's just hope. All the assignments and "seemed endless" syllabus will certainly put me into idle internet status for the next few months.

Better time management could help, but my endless non-academic activities kept me awake round the clock, especially weekends. Should I go for the next TM meeting? Or should I just mingle around with the juniors?

Juniors! I look foward for them in a positive way.... That would probably be my upcoming post!
